PUBLIC NOTICE
The Board of the Saline County Regional Solid Waste Management District intends to adopt a rule to establish and operate a residential yard waste disposal facility and to set an administrative fee of ten dollars ($10.00) to be charged for the disposal of residential yard waste at such facility. Copies of the proposed rule and related documents may be examined at the offices of the District at 520 Edison Avenue, Benton, Arkansas 72015 during normal business hours.
Any interested person may present his or her position on the intended action of the District or on the issues related to the intended action of the District in writing delivered to the offices of the District prior to Wednesday, February 19, 2025, or in person at a Public Hearing which will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at the Offices of the District, 520 Edison Avenue, Benton, Arkansas.
