The Board of the Saline County Regional Solid Waste Management District (Recycle Saline) intends to adopt a rule establishing a Recycling Fund Distribution and District Administered Grants Program within the Saline County Regional Solid Waste Management District and establishing procedures for the administration and conduct of the Recycling Fund Distribution and District Administered Grants Program.
